Where does my data live?
The product's knowledge of your business lives in files on your computer, or your own private hosted space — not in a shared cloud. We built the company so we can't read your business data: our servers handle accounts, licences and payments, and nothing else.
What happens when my allowance runs out?
Oprativ tells you plainly and pauses paid AI work until you top up or the month rolls over. It never quietly bills you.
Can it act without me?
No. Oprativ's AI can read, prepare, and draft, but it cannot send an email, make a payment-affecting change, or touch the outside world on its own — consequential actions stop at a human gate, enforced by the software's architecture.
What if I cancel?
Cancel in your account in two clicks — no fees, no questions. Your access continues to the end of the paid period, you're never charged again, and your data stays yours.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Oprativ runs on your computer and can run fully offline with a local model, which sends nothing anywhere.
Windows or Mac?
Both. Signed desktop apps for Windows and macOS, plus a browser option for when you're away from your machine.
